      • Each package contains (8) 6oz frozen portions.

      • Vacuum sealed for safety and flash frozen to lock in freshness and natural flavors.

      • Preparation Instructions: Place Salmon onto microwave-safe dish.
      • Thaw product in the microwave by defrosting for 3 minutes.
      • Make a 1 inch slit on top of the packaging and place product inside the microwave.
      • Cook for 3 minutes.
      • Let stand in the microwave for 2 minutes before serving.
      • Carefully open one end of the bag and remove the salmon portion onto a plate or serving dish.
      • Pour any remaining sauce over the salmon and serve.
      • Microwave oven cooking times may vary. Adjust cooking times accordingly.
      • Cook to an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees F.

    We are enjoying the salmon.  It takes me closer to 4 &1/2 minutes in my mic to cook them through.  they are flaky and very tasty with the mustard sauce.
