Not bad, not great

Not a lot of flavor. Jerky was wet feeling. Should examine Mingua brand and alter to make paleo compliant

I am not a jerky fan, well I wasn't until Steve's. It's fresh, tasty, and the consistency is just right not super tough. I would most definitely purchase again. You are paying for the quality and it's worth it!
